Situated in the prestigious Monte Pego development of privately owned luxury detached properties, the villa is approx 5 minutes drive from the typical Spanish village of Pego and 15 minutes drive from Denia. Within a short drive, there are miles of beautiful EU Blue Flag beaches. The spacious modern villa with its traditional-style charm has been comfortably furnished, equipped to the highest standards and has everything for a perfect holiday retreat. The villa has 3 double bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and French doors which open directly onto the terrace and pool area. The bathroom has a beautiful vanity unit with twin sinks. All bedrooms are equipped with hairdryers. There is a fully equipped kitchen including cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. etc. A separate utility room contains the washing machine and tumble dryer. The open plan circular sitting room with its open fireplace provides wonderful views. The large dining room opens onto the terrace with its spectacular views to the mountains and the sea. There is a private kidney shaped floodlit pool with roman steps and an outside hot and cold shower. There is a built in gas BBQ, sink and food preparation area whilst the terraces also have a separate covered area for dining outside. BBQ tools are provided. A good selection of sun loungers and terrace and pool furniture is provided. Monte Pego is considered to be one of the most beautiful, rural and exclusive areas in the Costa Blanca. It is renowned for its superb year round climate, wonderful light and brilliant clear night sky. The panoramic views of the surrounding Mountains, Mediterranean sea and the village of Pego, an island amongst the vast orange groves which stretch for miles. Monte Pego is also famous for its Mountain spring water. The villa is ideally situated midway between Alicante or Valencia airports which are approximately 1-hour drive away. There are numerous daily scheduled and charter flights to Alicante and Valencia from most UK airports (with some very attractive rates). Car hire can be booked easily and cheaply from the UK.
